Choosing an industry solution
Which industry plan should I choose?
Choose the guide closest to your business, then compare plans by enquiry volume and the connections you need. Industry changes the knowledge and workflow; the pricing page lists the shared monthly allowances.
Does every industry get its own FAQ and calculator?
Yes. Each industry guide has tailored questions, a workflow and an estimated-savings calculator. Estimates use your assumptions and do not guarantee recovered revenue.
Can I try a complete demo website?
Six sample business websites are available through the homepage demo tabs. Each opens as its own page. Smartweb’s AI showroom is also available on every active page.
How much is setup and is there a trial?
Plans have a one-time setup fee starting at $450 including GST. Website builds are separately scoped from $450. No free trial is offered; use the showroom and request a quote before paying.
Can the assistant change languages during a conversation?
Yes. When live voice is connected, the website voice assistant can follow a change to another supported language within the same conversation. Connected text chat can respond in the language you type. This does not require a translated website or a new session. Phone-reception language availability depends on the configured provider and is confirmed before launch. The device-voice and curated text previews do not demonstrate live language switching.
